ORDERS

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other non-defective reason.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately after delivery, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

What items are eligible for a refund?

Refunds are only considered for items that arrive defective or if you receive the wrong product. Any issues must be reported immediately after your order is delivered, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged through normal use are not eligible for a refund.

Sizing & Products

How do your products fit?

Most pieces feature a relaxed, oversized fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

What materials do you use?

We use premium fabrics selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Material details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my garments?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed graphics.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited releases and may not return. Join our email list to be notified about restocks and future drops.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods available at checkout. Eligible customers can also split their purchase into interest-free installments using Shop Pay Installments or Klarna Pay in 4, subject to approval and availability.
